About The Book
Owen Evans with Mary Rogers aged 12 and their band of family and friends set out on the quest to find something that was hidden for them a long time ago. It is said that this hidden item will help with the mysterious disappearances of children in Cornwall.
A link or, ‘Travel Bridge,’ is established on Dinas Bran, a Llangollen, hillock in their North Wales Town. This bridge takes them to the fabled Camelot on the distant planet of Avalon, the capital planet in the Albion Union. Along the way they meet some unique characters and make new friends and discover a whole new story behind King Arthur and the Knights of the round table.
However they soon find out that the task is not as simple as they first thought. Monstrous beast, a crazy baron, talking dragons, swords in stone and a traitor, all stand in the way. Not only that, but Owen and Mary must try to come to terms with a stunning revelation about their families genealogy, a secret that has been kept for centuries.
Follow their adventure as they travel between worlds following mysterious clues, opening secret doors and passages leading to them to taking a trip in a fantastic airship. All this to stop a maniacal baron getting his hands on a crystal with ultimate destructive power, rescue the abducted children and find the hidden secret that King Arthur left for them to save the day.
Work out the answers to the mysteries.
Owen and his friends are left with some strange mysteries on their travels.
The first has to be the strange notes and instructions that they find written in their own handwriting. How is it that they are there for them to follow, when, they had no clue that the Planetary Union existed?
Then there is the girl who can miraculously open hidden doors that have been there for centuries?
Who is the betrayer and what is its role in the present crisis?
Then there is question sixteen, that Owen and Mary want to keep to themselves?
For the perceptive and curious reader, the answers are there, interwoven in the book. Will you work out the answers?
Owen Pendragon Guild of the Round Table is dedicated to my late father who encouraged me during the writing of the book. He will be missed by all his family and friends.
